 Primavera Alegre Wellness Center 由建筑师王松涛创立和指导的 Soong Lab 设计，位于北京五环路对面，占地约 8,200 平方米。作为一个适应性再利用项目，它以水为核心要素。通过结构调整、内部重新配置和添加新程序，该项目振兴了一座闲置建筑，赋予其新的用途和空间相关性。
